1959 The beginnings of industrial prosciutto production
1990 - 2000 The prosciutto production is placed under the management of Emona meat industry and Kraljeve mesnine, d.d.
1999 Establishment of Pršutarna Lokev na Krasu and registration for exporting its products to EU markets
2002 Expansion of the production
2003 Establishment of our own trademark; 10.000 pieces of prosciutto in our plant
2004/05 Increase of the production to 60.000 pieces of prosciutto and entering Northern and Central European markets
