Home prosciutto
Home prosciutto is made from the best fresh pork thighs, from which we have previously taken out the bone. Then we rub them with sea salt and a carefully selected mixture of herbs. After this they are individually hanged in the drying room, where they are left to ripen for 4 or 5 months. Home prosciutto surprises us with its specific taste. It is saltier then the Karst prosciutto and spicier, for we have also added ground pepper.
